Recently, Mr. Q. had a doctor’s appointment. Many of us old enough to remember Quaaludes do the same these days. Nothing unusual there.

But he did have to chuckle when the nurse showed him the medicinal restrictions he was given to follow before Mr. Q’s next visit. Either this doctor needs a new copy of the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference) or it is time for the team in the mimeograph department to update their master copy.
